Galvanised zinc is the most durable coating for steel - the molten zinc actually bonds with the steel during the galvanising process creating zinc-iron alloy layers of protection that are harder than the steel itself and will not rust.  So, unlike paint, the galvanised coating does not merely sit on top of the chassis but becomes a part of the steel itself.

To make the toughest chassis we use 3mm  carbon steel for the main rails and front and middle cross members. This means your new LR CHASSIS will take all the heaviest of loads and give years of trouble-free service. Laser cutting ensures all the holes are very precise and all your components fit easily.

After cutting and folding, each component is subjected to stringent quality checks before being loaded into a fully rotating jig for welding, ensuring perfect alignment and easy fitment to your vehicle.
